Overview

Bianca is a lounge singer whose life was permanently altered by betrayal, forced augmentation, and entanglement with organized crime.

History

Bianca was born into a wealthy and influential family as both of her parents were members of the Illuminati, though their precise ranks within the organization are unknown. They held opposing ideological views on humanity; her father believed the denizens could be guided toward a positive future through subtle influence, while her mother viewed humans as fundamentally incapable of self-governance and believed brutal, authoritarian control was necessary.

At an unspecified point in time, probably around the mid-2020's, Bianca's father died under unknown circumstances. Sometime afterward, Bianca ran away from home, although she had always been a bit spoiled and hard to deal with even before his death. There is an irony here, two Illuminati members, whose very goals are to rule humanity, unable to steer their daughter away from difficult behaviour.

Following her departure, Bianca became involved with a troublemaking boyfriend who frequently antagonized the Dvali crime family. The relationship was abusive, and he was notably selfish and manipulative.

Timeline

2020's

Bianca's boyfriend devised a plan to steal augs from the Dvali, though he kept Bianca in the dark about the true scope of his plan, and asked her to drive the getaway vehicle.

The theft resulted in a high-speed car chase that ended in a severe crash. Bianca was critically injured, but her boyfriend only sustained comparatively minor injuries. He quickly retrieved whatever augmentation components survived the crash, and fled the scene, abandoning Bianca in the wreckage.

Dvali operatives recovered Bianca from the crash site. Rather than killing her, they subjected her to extensive cybernetic reconstruction, installing augmentations to her arms, legs, and skull in order to save her life. These augmentations were performed without her consent.

The Dvali then placed Bianca into indentured servitude, holding her financially responsible both for the stolen augmentations and for the cost of the cybernetics implanted in her body, despite the fact that she and her boyfriend were no longer affiliated.

The betrayal and abandonment deeply affected Bianca, leaving her with long-lasting trust issues. Her primary goal became freeing herself from Dvali control and reclaiming autonomy over her life and body.

Following her augmentation, Bianca became a lounge singer. Despite her cybernetic enhancements, she is regarded as a strikingly beautiful woman with a mysterious aura. Her demeanour blends elegance with visible signs of trauma and survival.

In 2029, Bianca met Adam Jensen in Prague while he was investigating the Dvali crime family. She provided him with intel, though the nature of her involvement is not known fully.
