Charles is one of the various people working underneath Bob Page while underneath VersaLife. The relationship is professional on the outside, though Charles ego and willingness to get sloppy while dealing with illegal material has made him a nuisance for Page who has set him up as a potential fall-guy in the event something were to happen involving his own business dealings. He is on constant thin ice around him.

One of his associates. A "you scratch my back, I scratch yours" type of relationship that hinges on both of their abilities to give the other something, whether it be items, money, status or <i>someone.</i> Eva has him effectively wrapped around her fingers and is willing to throw him under the bus if it so helps her.
