Damien is a heavily augmented private security contractor, working for Dynacore.
==History==
When he was a teenager, he and Antonio Vasquez were close, considering each other brothers despite not being blood related. They both crossed the Mexican border into America together and ended up in foster care.

Eventually, Damien got adopted, but Tonio didn't, probably due to his anger problems and violent tendencies. Tonio considered this to be an act of betrayal and sought revenge against Damien for abandoning him.

When the two were adults, Tonio finally enacted that revenge and killed Damnien's adoptive brother as some kind of messed-up retribution. Ever since, Damien has been gunning for Tonio, to settle the score for good.

Assisted Sarif Industries circumstantially (he is not allied with them necessarily), as they both had the same enemy; Antonio Vasquez. In doing so he killed many of The Abandoned gang members, as well as diffusing the bomb that was rigged to blow up the headquarters.
