Hello. My name is 'Mana'.

I have been writing for as long as I can remember, even going so far back as Grade 1 where I wrote my first play style story. I can remember it clearly because it featured a lady and her cat, and funnily enough, that was the title too. Not even half a page, but the start of a lifetime of loving and needing this as an outlet.

So, what is my Deus Ex story about?

Stolen, the now finished teaser is set 10 months after the events of Human Revolution and introduces an OC I am still altering and developing, with the relationships I had planned already intact. Shaali Evans is Sarif Industries first attempt at integrating Nanotechnology with flesh, David, Megan, and Pritchard knowing about her existence long before Adam, who only finds out on the way back from Panchea. My version keeps the Sarif family together because that is one thing I don’t like about Mankind Divided. Like Adam, she’s special, where he’s the next step in mechanical acceptance, she’s a prototype for the first symbiotic relationship seen between man and machine. Her nanites became sentient and along with that came the willingness to use them in the way Shaali had always dreamed of… to heal.

I have since moved on to a follow-up set 2 months later, Deus Ex: Neon Shadows, introducing Jensen's twin brother, [[Kain Jensen]]. Shaali's backstory will be written at some point in the future too.
