Overview
Layla "Double Dutch" Jacobs is an augmented human working as a professional military intelligence analyst for the European Union and a high-functioning alcoholic. Previously working for MI6 and the Special Air Service, her personal morals can be described as grey at best where the ends justify the means. She excels as undercover work, drinking whiskey, and saying exactly what you want to here. Her most deadly traits are her tenacity and ability to thrive under pressure in extreme circumstances. While in the field, she's often quite the smartass when she can get away with it.
Physical Description
Her build is athletic and leaner than one would expect. She has cosmetically repaired extensive facial and torso burn/explosion scars covering 60% of the front of her body. All were repaired except a long gash over her eye - she has a prosthetic she wears over it when doing undercover work.
Her typical style when off the job is primarily modern cuts, consisting of basic and muted colors with a utilitarian function and look. Often she'll adjust this style depending on where she's going and if she feels a need to blend in.
While she is heavily augmented, she doesn't like covering her arms unless needed. She finds that a lot of shirt sleeves tend to get pinched between the synthetic shoulder muscles.
