Overview

An augmented Interpol agent and hacker whose newer augs were installed wrong during the ARC experiments. As a result, she deals with physical issues.

Appearance

A sleek woman wearing a sporty fit for better movement.

It's said she was firstly succesfully installed with an arm and occipital aug, the arm one justified due to bone cancer detected in her early 20's. Kira specifically chose white carbon fiber for it.

Afterwards, the rest of her many augmentations were wrongly installed, leading to physical issues such as back pain (because the experimental spinal 'discs' tend to slip) and chronic hip and knee pain (improper installation of the legs, her left leg goes up to the knee and her right leg goes past her hip).

Personality

An intelligent, idelistic, honest, polite and highly political woman, she's more of a follower than a leader and a staunch justice seeker.

She's also said to be quite generous and empathetic, as well as fun lovin', flirty, forgiving, but guillible.

Among her flaws, Kira is prone to anxiety and cares a great deal about other people's opinions, always seeking external praise and validation.

Her skillset is constituted mostly by physical feats, such as greatly strong, greatly dexterious, combat savvy, survival savvy and stealthy. All these are followed by literacy, creativity, and tech saviness, skills driving her hacking abilities with the odd great at handling animals as a curiosity.
